Amish Country Wind Chimes

These beautiful, handcrafted Amish wind chimes come in nine different color and sound groups.  The chimes are made out of  powder coated aluminum tubes.  Powder coating bakes the color onto the aluminum, making it durable and more resistant to weather. Each group of wind chimes is unique in color. Powder coating also makes the chimes UV-resistant to minimize fading in the sunlight. The chime tops and strikers are made out of poly lumber.  Poly lumber is an unbreakable environmentally friendly material made from recycled plastic milk jugs. Poly lumber will not rot, crack, or chip and is very weather-resistant. The string used is polyester UV-treated and the one-of-a-kind suspension system further prolongs the life of the string. UV-treated O-rings are also provided for all wind chimes with round tubes. O-rings placed at the very bottom of each tube acts like "bumpers" that will reduce the clanging of the tubes. Chime tones are created by different wall thicknesses of the tubes as well as the length and diameter. Square tube chimes provide for a more unique, contemporary sound.
